Sunway Paving Solutions manufactures and supplies interlocking concrete pavers and compressed concrete paving slabs (Eurotiles). We produce pavers through six plants across Malaysia, which are strategically located at Batang Kali – two plants (Selangor), Senai (Johor), Nibong Tebal (Pulau Pinang), Marang (Terengganu) and Tuaran (Sabah).

Aligned with our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we continue to innovate and manufacture products which are algae resistant as well as in compliance with Eco-Label certification, Singapore Green Labelling Scheme and Solar Reflectance Index (SRI).

Sunway Vitrified Clay Pipes plays a vital role in Malaysia by manufacturing vitrified clay pipes of the highest quality in compliance with the latest international standard of EN295:2013, which in turn elevates the sewerage and drainage standards in the country.

We produce non-combustible fully glazed vitrified clay pipes and glazed clay jacking pipes which are economical, environmentally-friendly and sustainable for sewerage systems.

As a market leader in the industry, we are alsoISO certified in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001:2015).

In 2015, Sunway built its first Malaysian spun pile plant in Batang Kali, Selangor, bringing together its regional experience around Asia to benefit its clients globally.

The Batang Kali plant uses state-of-the-art machinery and technology from Japan, a leader in the spun pile industry. In addition, Sunway Spun Pile (Zhuhai) Co. Ltd. specialises in the production, sales and after-sales service of large prestressed high strength concrete (PHC) piles, with a diameter above 700mm and up to 55m in single-pile length.

We were established as a subsidiary of Sunway in 2008. Sunway Spun Pile Zhuhai owns the largest and most advanced production line for spun piles in Zhuhai, China, with an annual capacity of half a million tonnes, the equivalent to 550,000 metres, across two plants.

We manufacture super large spun piles by adopting high pressure steaming technology, allowing concrete strength of more than grade 80, enhancing the concrete’s resistance during impact and making it stronger compared to standard grades.
