Sustainability to me is a bold commitment of responsible stewardship towards people and the planet. Hence, working in Sunway allows me to be part of a meaningful journey where the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs) are upheld. This can be seen from the top management right down to employees such as myself – as a senior executive, I feel seen and heard, knowing that my vocation matters.

As an Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) practitioner, what makes your work at Sunway different?
I learn something new every day. Sunway’s most meaningful OHSE implementation lies in people development, which I hold in high regard. Leading the OHSE team at Group level has offered me a broader perspective as each of our businesses brings different experiences and new ways to foster a stronger safety culture.
