Sunway returns in full force at the Talentbank Graduates’ Choice Awards 2024, where it was named among the “Top 1% Winners,” joining a host of global brands that are favoured by Malaysian graduates today.

Sunway emerged as Champions in the categories of Construction, Entertainment & Leisure, Facilities Management, Private Higher Education Institution and Property Developer, First Runner-ups under the categories of Shopping Mall and Healthcare, as well as Second Runner-ups in the Hotel and Convention Centre categories. Sunway was also named among the Top 1% Winners and 5 Consecutive Years Winners categories.

These accolades underscore Sunway’s strong culture of organisational excellence that exemplifies workplace inclusiveness, diversity and meritocracy.

Last year, Sunway also bagged three awards at the prestigious HR Excellence Awards 2023, including the coveted “Employer of the Year” award. In addition to progressive development strategies, Sunway was recognised for its work environment that supports volunteerism and prioritises community engagement.

At last year’s Talentbank Graduate Choice Awards 2023, Sunway clinched the top five positions across nine industry categories, and was recognised among the Top 25 overall winners in the Most Preferred Graduate Employers to Work for.

Established in 2011 and having piloted the Graduates’ Choice Awards in 2018, Talentbank has created an avenue for candidates to pick suitable employers. The awards’ winners were selected based on 460,000 votes by students and graduates from Malaysian public and private universities, with the results independently verified by a panel of audit members.
