At present, Sunway Pristine Laundry uses natural gas – a clean energy which is safe to store – for heating purposes. By 2050, Sunway Pristine Laundry aims to use rooftop solar panels to power its operations. This transition to solar power will significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions, bringing us closer to the ultimate goal of achieving net zero and aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 6, 9, 11, 12, and 17.
